Cancellation Policy

CAN’T MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED SEMINAR/WEBINAR? You may send a substitute even at the last minute at no charge. For a refund, the cancellation notice must be received in writing thirty (30) or more days prior to the seminar date. Please send cancellation notice to contact@globaltrainingcenter.com. Please be aware that refunds issued will be subject to the processing fees if paid by credit card and any shipping fees and cost of materials provided.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations/transfers received within thirty (30) days of a course date. Cancellations/transfers received within thirty (30) days of the class are subject to a $125 fee per class. Once fee is paid, you may then transfer to another class date within one full year. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed attendees who do not attend their scheduled course are liable for the entire registration fee, unless prior written notification is given to the Global Training Center office.

Global Training Center shall not be responsible for cancellation or delay in providing training services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; strikes or other labor disturbances; equipment failure; delays in transportation; war; acts of terrorism; riot; epidemics; disease; national or regional emergency; government order; floods; fires; unusually severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the purchase of the training event(s) was made.

Seminar Confirmations

If you do not receive a seminar confirmation at least two weeks before the seminar, please contact our office. We recommend you do not make travel arrangements until you receive a seminar confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any training class in the absence of quorum participants. If a cancellation occurs, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee or be provided with an option to transfer to another date. In the event of a cancellation, Global Training Center cannot be held liable for expenses incurred, such as travel or other related costs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
